Endurance and Performance Training
At Integrity Endurance and Performance Training we believe that fitness should focus on functional exercise, proper nutrition, and rest. We excel in integrated functional training for elite, intermediate and novice athletes or fitness enthusiasts. Our coaches will help you develop strength, power, speed, agility, stamina, endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility and work capacity. Programming is based on functional training which incorporates Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. We focus on endurance, stamina and core conditioning on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
